We use your information first and foremost to process bookings and deliver the services you request, for example confirming dates, preparing invoices and arranging accommodation. We also rely on it to manage our accounts and maintain accurate business records, which is a legitimate interest for any company. Analysing aggregated website and booking data helps us understand what couples value most, so we can refine our site content, venue packages and overall customer experience. With your consent, we use cookies and the Meta Pixel to show you relevant adverts, to measure how well those adverts perform and to invite you back if you have already shown interest in Western Ridge. We may send service messages or marketing emails when you have opted in or when you could reasonably expect to receive them, and every message includes a simple unsubscribe option.
