You will never find a more perfect venue!! Western Ridge was absolutely perfect for our special day. We loved every moment, and every detail that the venue had to offer. Deanne was amazing to work with. We rocked up to the venue, and she had all of our tables and chairs set up exactly how we liked for our reception, and made sure we had the perfect number of chairs for us to set up for our ceremony. All we had to do was decorate and organise the external vendors, which she also gave us an amazing recommendation list! To make things extra personal, we were gifted a personal lock to secure our place on their fence of love! Thanks Deanne!!! We love you Western Ridge!+1

Deanne was incredible to deal with throughout the entire process, treating us more like extended family than paying customers. Rooms were perfect, Glamping tents were loved by all! Deanne made our experience absolutely perfect, and we wish we could do it all over again. From the very first time we visited the venue, just over a year before our wedding, we knew straight away that we had to lock in a date. From then onwards, communication was fantastic and we always felt so well looked after. One of the things we loved most was the accommodation options. Having guests stay in the glamping tents, the bridal party in the house, and others being able to camp once the glamping tents were booked made the whole experience so much more fun. It meant people weren’t having to rush off early, and everyone could really enjoy the night together. Even for those who did have to leave, being only an hour’s drive from Brisbane made it so easy for our guests. The whole venue and grounds are absolutely beautiful and provide so many different locations for stunning photos. We chose to have our ceremony next to the house, cocktail hour near the arbour swing, and then our reception in the barn. We had 90 guests, and everyone fit so comfortably. We could not recommend Western Ridge enough to anyone considering it for their wedding!! And for everything you get, the price is fantastic. We can’t wait to come back and visit this beautiful place again in the future! 🤍+8

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we were given the flexibility to create the day exactly how we wanted it. The communication and support throughout the lead-up made such a difference and took so much stress out of planning. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect setting for both our ceremony and reception. We received so many compliments from our guests about how gorgeous everything was and how much they enjoyed the day. We especially appreciated all the little things that were done to help us in the lead-up and over the wedding. Being able to access the venue beforehand to set up, having everything we needed available to us, and just how helpful and accommodating everyone was made the entire experience so much easier. The house has everything you’d need and is the perfect getting ready destination. The outside area and barn is gorgeous just by itself. We had minimal decorations as we found the venue has its own gorgeous, rustic vibe that we instantly fell in love with. The glamping tents are a great addition and we highly recommend booking them as it was easy for our guests to stay and they all commented on how comfortable they were. Thank you for choosing Western Ridge xxMy partner and I had our wedding at Western Ridge on 11.07.26. This country venue is beyond stunning and magical. Its not too far out from Brisbane, not difficult to navigate either. Accommodation is available on the property with 6 glamping tents available, and there are Air BnB options in and around the area. Deanne is incredible and an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication, presentation, organisation, EVERYTHING is absolutely flawless! We chose to cater our event ourselves. There are cold fridges, bar fridges, catering kitchen, storage space and so much more for caters and self-sufficient people in the house, the barn and behind the barn. The venue is very kid friendly. The house sleeps 11 with 5 bedrooms, 2 massive living and dining areas, an incredible kitchen with a priceless view, a deck and dining area on either side of the pool. If I could rate Deanne and Western Ridge wedding venue higher, I would! No words or photos do this place the justice it deserves. You have to see it and experience this for yourself!+10

Everything was just so easy from the start, this was the only wedding venue my wife and I viewed and it was just perfect from the start so we booked straight away. We were able to go back and view the venue a year later to check timing for when we could have our ceremony and Dee was just so great with this. Fast forward to when it was time to head to the venue, Dee was so great with setting everything we needed aside, organising table arrangements for us, and also having the area under the house with all the left over stuff from previous weddings for us to go through. This is the most beautiful, welcoming and homey venue I have ever seen and heard off. Being able to stay at the venue was life changing when it came to setting the venue up, having friends and family stay before and after the wedding, pet friendly and kid friendly as well was great for us, soooo much less stress. I couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a venue that is an insane amount of value for money.+7

From the very beginning, Deanne was approachable, helpful, and so easygoing. We looked at several other venues, but many were quite inflexible with what we wanted—self-catering and a wedding that was as DIY as possible. Deanne gave us the freedom to create the day exactly how we envisioned it. She was incredibly accommodating with all of our ideas and requests and also offered plenty of helpful suggestions along the way. The layout of the venue is fantastic. Everything is conveniently located in one place, and there are multiple beautiful options for the ceremony. We had originally planned to get married at the brown arbor, but the weather turned out to be extremely misty and cold. We had our hearts set on an outdoor ceremony, so we decided to use the cocktail hour area instead. The venue has a portable white arbor for wet weather, which we set up in front of the fireplace while using the covered veranda to keep everyone dry. Even with the rain, we still got to have the outdoor wedding we'd dreamed of, and it was absolutely perfect. We can't thank Deanne enough for making our day so special. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, flexible wedding venue with an amazing, supportive owner. We had the wedding of our dreams at Western Ridge! Located on the top of a hill near Glenmorgan Vale, the views of the valleys and distant mountains are breath taking. Being purpose built, Western Ridge has evolved quickly over the past 12 months with outdoor or indoor ceremony options, plus accommodation. My wife and I got married here last weekend and it was honestly the best decision we ever made. The panoramic views up there are unreal and the sunset on our night was amazing. It was the most perfect weekend imaginable! The venue lay out and facilities are stunning, modern yet still warm and welcoming. The views are unmatched, the accomodation options were divine, our guests loved the house, the Teepees and the option to camp as well. It felt like a mini music festival! The venue is stunning bare or you can completely transform it with decorations! The storage room full of previous wedding parties decore and dressings that you can access and use for no extra cost is also amazing for couples on a budget!! Deane is a pure delight to work with, she is a big reason why we chose this venue as well. We were able to visit multiple times in the lead up to ensure we felt prepared and memorised the layout of everything and show our bridal parties ahead of time. Once we booked, I was added to the brides of Western Ridge facebook page which has been EXTREMELY helpful, using the knowledge of previous brides or vendors, as well as gaining and giving inspo as a future bride, it was a genius initiative!! We were also gifted a padlock engraved with our names and date to add to the fence of the venue which was gorgeous!! We got endless compliments for the venue all night and ever since!+10

The views are incredible and the property has dozens and dozens of amazing places to capture all of these views!!!! The placement of the property on the Ridge in Glamorgan Vale meant we got the best of both Worlds, Sunrise and Sunset!! Total perfection!! Views are incredible and the property has dozens and dozens of amazing places to capture all of them!! The Reception area is so beautiful you could host an event with almost no decorations, the building is just that perfect!!! The house was purpose build for hosting weddings, small or big bridal party numbers and guests!!!! Everything was just so easy and thought through. Glamping Tents were a total hit! Deeanne and her team have put so much consideration into the needs of her Brides, Grooms, Guests and Vendors that everything was possible. From the most tiniest of details nothing was forgotten. The most talked about piece of our wedding was the Venue!!!! Our Photographer, Entertainers, Caterers, Barteam and Guest could not sing its praises anymore!! We had an outdoor Ceremony planned, but unfortunately it began raining an hour before the ceremony. Luckily it was not a problem at all as our 100+ Guests were easily accommodated in the Massive Barn. We had just as much, if not more, fun that way looking back on it. Check-in on the day was incredibly smooth, the spaces were immaculate, and the layout made it effortless for guests to mingle. We added an extra night before our two-night booking, and it ended up being the best decision—we could actually relax with close family before the weekend began. Looking back, we only wish we’d stayed the Sunday night as well to soak up more of the property and experience! Being able to share the property with our family and friends who camped out for the weekend really created some beautiful memories. It’s a stunning location, fairly priced, and for us, conveniently close to home. It truly was our dream venue, and Deanne made the whole experience even better as a fantastic host.This venue was absolutely perfect! We could not be happier! Being able to stay here with our family and friends for our wedding made this important day that much more special. The house has everything you need and more, the 360 views are breathtaking and Deanne is such a lovely person, she made us feel so welcomed. You will not regret hosting an event or wedding at this amazing location! I recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise. We locked in our wedding date the day of our first visit. We knew the location was everything we wanted for our special day because it was all in one and to have an even more amazing host Deane made our decision more easy. Even for a Nov wedding going towards the warmer season the weather turned out to be perfect because it was up in the mountains. We had a mid week over night package and the space was perfect for our bridal party to get ready on opposite ends of the house without being in the way of each other. Our guests and vendors couldn’t stop complimenting the venue.The venue was stunning and couldn’t have been a more perfect setting for our wedding. Every detail of the space was beautiful and created such a lovely atmosphere. Deanne was fantastic — she went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made everything feel extra special. I am so happy we found Western Ridge, best wedding venue ever!!

Stunning views we couldn't have asked for for a better day, there was seating set up ready to go, had help with our Arbour even then there are a few places to have a ceremony. Positioned on the top of the mountain at Glamorganvale, the views are stunning. You can see Stradbroke Island to the east, and all the ranges and dams etc to the west. The facility itself is a beautifully built series of well equipped sections, with the main area able to seat a large number of people, with plenty of drinks and food catering to all tastes. There are cabins and clamping tents for those who choose to stay. Highly recommend this place for the service, staff, food and drinks. The views are worth it by themselves.

Had the best time dancing the night away in the barn and keeping warm by the fire pitYou will NOT be disappointed if you choose to have your wedding here. The place is truely outstanding. Everything right down to the blades of grass was VIP standard. The trees with the lights, the swing chair definitely made out for stunning pictures. My sister's wedding rained, but it made it extra special with the beautiful fog. Well done to the owners. Cannot fault one thing. DO NOT GO PAST THIS PLACE!!!!The facilities and all the services were excellent. I stayed in one of the Glamping tents, very nice. The only issue I had was the bed was a bit cool for my bones, So I used one of the extra blanket to put over the top sheet and this helped with the coolness. I’m of an age where the cold makes my arthritis play up. So my only suggestion would be to put a mattress protector under the bottom sheet. This should solve the problem just nicely. I would recommend the venue to anybody and everybody. The views were spectacular. The house provided by the venue for the wedding party and family, I’ve never heard of this before. You couldn’t ask for a better home away from home, on your special day.We recently got married at Western Ridge and couldn't recommend the venue highly enough! From the stunning views, the new reception hall and the beautiful house, our guests absolutely loved it. We also enjoyed spending a few nights at the property to soak it all up. She transported guests from the parking area to the house (rain) where our guests enjoyed the beautiful view and Hors d'oeuvres and drinks.
